We want you to be completely happy with your artwork purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our returns and exchanges policy below.
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us at northorpeart@outlook.com before returning any item to receive instructions and a return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your artwork for another piece, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability of other artworks. Any price difference will be handled at the time of exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or error;
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Refunds:
