1. Promoter:  The promoter is Northorpe‑Art (Gillian Northmore), Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom (“the Promoter”). 

2. EligibilityThis giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees, family members, or anyone professionally connected with the Promoter may not enter. 

3. How to EnterTo enter the giveaway, participants must: Complete the online entry form andJoin the Northorpe‑Art email newsletter list.Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be removed. 

4. Giveaway Period The giveaway opens on [01/03/2026] and closes at [17: 00] on [31/03/2026]. Entries received after the closing date will not be counted. 

5. Prize The prize is one original oil painting by Gillian Northmore, up to a maximum size of 40 x 50cm, unframed. The exact artwork will be either pre‑selected by the Promoter or chosen by the winner from a selection offered. No cash alternative is available. The prize is non‑transferable and non‑refundable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification  One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.The draw will take place on or after [05/04/2026]. The winner will be notified by email using the address provided on entry. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the first notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Delivery of Prize The prize will be shipped to a UK address provided by the winner. Standard UK delivery costs will be covered by the Promoter. The Promoter is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third‑party couriers.

8. Data Protection and Privacy By entering, participants agree that their name and email address may be used to administer the giveaway and to receive email newsletters from Northorpe‑Art. Participants can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email. 9. Publicity The winner’s first name and general location (e.g. “Jane, Cambridge”) may be used in announcements on the Promoter’s website and social media channels. No other personal details will be shared without explicit consent.

10. General Conditions The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the giveaway if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. The Promoter’s decision regarding all aspects of the giveaway is final and no correspondence will be entered into.By entering, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
